One life at a time…

We begin where the street ends. We focus on the rescue and rehabilitation of severe cases, international export logistics, sterilization campaigns, and securing lifelong homes for street dogs from Mexico and Guatemala.

Nothing here happens alone. Together, we mend what the world overlooks.

Street Animal Rescue Alliance (SARA) exists to intervene for animals excluded from care, creating pathways to health, protections, and lasting safety.

Creating pathways to health, protection, and lasting safety.

We begin where the street ends, and we work to end the street beginning.

We intervene for dogs in need, stabilize dogs already in loving homes, and reduce overpopulation through sterilization.
